Job Description
ICS is hiring Senior A/R Callers with experience in U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM). Candidates must have strong communication skills and hands-on experience handling denial management and AR follow-ups.
This role offers an opportunity to work with a professional healthcare billing team and build a career in the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with U.S. insurance companies
- Work on denial management and claim resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of billing activities
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives
- Ensure timely claim processing and payment follow-ups
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. RCM process
- Experience in AR calling and denial handling
- Excellent communication and voice process skills
- Ability to analyze claim issues and resolve them efficiently
Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in AR Calling / Medical Billing
- Education: Any Graduate (preferred in healthcare or related fields)
- Location: Candidates willing to work in Coimbatore
